From beginner to AI native
Five modules. You can book each one on its own.
Most people use AI as a chatbot or an advanced Google search.
The same tools now take real work, do it the way you would, and run again tomorrow without you.
We offer five modules that teach you everything you need to increase your productivity and bring back valuable time, whether you start from zero or are already far along.
Each module ends with something running in your job the next morning.
No field has ever moved this fast. The tools change every month, we work with them every day, and the course changes with them, so you are always at the front.
The modules.
From AI basics to your first agent
Hand a task to an assistant and get a usable result.
Module 1 · Beginner: From AI basics to your first agent
Duration: 4 sessions (1 × 2 hours, 3 × 90 minutes), 6.5 hours in total. Live online.
Dates on request · 499 € per person
Prerequisites: none. You can send email and have used ChatGPT or a similar tool once.
What you learn:
- Learn what AI really is, and what it is not.
- Understand why it can be so frustrating to use: why answers get worse in a long conversation (the “dumb zone”), and how to avoid it.
- Learn which AI to use for which task: the tools inside ChatGPT, what a paid plan gives you, and when you need one.
- Automate the biggest time sink in your day: hand one task to an assistant and set what it may read, draft and send. For example:
- sorting and answering mails
- collecting data
- doing research
- creating a presentation
- Write your rules down once, so the assistant keeps them (a “skill”).
- Let it run every morning on its own. Read what it did, correct it, stop it.
- Give feedback and teach your agent to get better every day.
- Do it again on a second task from your own job, without help.
At the end, you’ll be able to:
- hand a task to an assistant and get a usable result
- save your rules so it keeps them
- run it every morning and check what it did
- pick the right AI for the job
How it runs
We start with a short demo: an assistant reads a full inbox, sorts it, drafts the replies and puts a short brief in front of you. Then you build the same thing yourself, step by step, with us.
In the first session, two hours, we explain what AI actually is, why it sometimes gets worse the longer you talk to it, and which of the tools inside ChatGPT you need for what. Then everyone opens their own mail, or our practice inbox if your company does not allow the connection yet, and hands over the first task. You read what comes back. We collect what it got wrong, an urgent mail too far down the list, a reply in the wrong tone, and each of those becomes a rule.
In the second session you write your rules down: what counts as urgent, what stays confidential, what it may never promise. You save them so the assistant keeps them, and run it again on fresh mail.
In the third session it has been running every morning on a schedule. We open the run history, find the worst run, fix it three ways, and pause and restart the schedule. Everyone does all three.
In the fourth session you pick a second task from your own job, such as confirming appointments, updating a client or checking a pipeline once a week, and build it yourself while we walk the room. If you started with the practice inbox, this is where we help you connect your own mail.
Between sessions there is nothing you must do. If you want, read one morning’s run and bring back one thing it got wrong.
You leave with the assistant running on your mail, your rules saved, a schedule you can read and stop, and a second task you built alone.
From single tasks to a whole project
Split the work, run it and steer it to a finished result.
Module 2 · Intermediate: From single tasks to a whole project
Duration: 3 sessions (1 × 2 hours, 2 × 90 minutes), 5 hours in total. Live online.
Dates on request · 499 € per person
Prerequisites: module 1, or a 30-minute readiness check we send you.
The project in this module: every inquiry that reaches your inbox gets sorted, checked, answered, followed up and passed to the right colleague. Other projects are possible; we agree on one per group.
What you learn:
- Turn a vague goal into a clear plan: let the AI ask you the questions before it builds anything.
- Break a big project into pieces the AI can do alone, run them side by side, and judge what comes back.
- Keep a project going over several days without losing the thread.
- Work with files, spreadsheets and reports, and put up a simple website or dashboard when the project needs one (Codex).
- Add tools and methods others have built, and check what they may do before you use them (plugins and skills).
- Give instructions by voice from the car or on the road, so a draft is ready when you arrive.
- Have the AI explain its choices until you understand them. You only approve what you understand.
At the end, you’ll be able to:
- plan a project even when the result is still unclear
- split the work, run it and steer it to a finished result
- give instructions by voice
- run the project on your own data
How it runs
The group works on one project. The default is the inquiry project: new inquiries get sorted, checked against your criteria, answered, followed up, and passed to the colleague who takes over. It runs on our practice data, so nobody’s IT can block it.
In the first session the AI interviews you: what makes an inquiry serious, what may be promised in a first reply, who gets which handoff. You answer, we write the criteria down as rules, and we run one inquiry through the whole chain live.
Overnight it works through a batch of twenty. In the second session you judge the results, keep what is right, fix what is wrong, and split the remaining work into pieces it can finish alone. This is where Codex comes in, for the tracking file and the daily report, and we show the difference in ten minutes on the task in front of you.
In the third session you finish, schedule the daily run, and decide what it may do alone and what it must flag. Another participant receives one of your handoff summaries and says whether they could act on it without asking.
Along the way you brief it by voice from the road once, and you get it to explain a choice until you understand it, because you sign off on nothing you cannot explain yourself.
You leave with the system running on practice data, ready to point at your real mail, and with a written list of the decisions that made it good.
From your desk to the systems your business runs on
Connect an agent to a live system.
Module 3 · Advanced: From your desk to the systems your business runs on
Duration: 3 sessions. Live online.
Dates on request · 799 € per person
Prerequisites: module 2 or equivalent experience. We check in a short call.
What you learn:
- Connect an agent to the systems you already use, e.g. your customer database (CRM), mail, calendar or portals. Three ways to do it, and how to pick one.
- Define what the agent may do on its own and at which step a human approval is required, e.g. it may draft a reply, a person sends it.
- Get every new inquiry answered and checked against your criteria within minutes, in the system where it arrives.
- Receive a weekly report on competitors, prices or your market, with sources you can check.
- Have reports written from data you already have.
- Set an alert for what needs you, such as an inquiry unanswered for two hours, and keep routine updates quiet.
- Put the results on a private internal page or an overview screen (a dashboard).
At the end, you’ll be able to:
- connect an agent to a live system, e.g. one that collects every new inquiry into your CRM automatically
- define what the agent may do alone and where a human approval is required
- build one alert, e.g. when an inquiry has waited two hours for a reply
- hand the cases it cannot handle to the right colleague, with a summary
How it runs
Module 3 connects what you built to the systems your business already runs on.
We start with the connection question: there are three ways to link AI to a customer database, a mailbox, a calendar or a portal, and we show you how to choose one for the task in front of you instead of learning all three.
Then we wire the inquiry system from module 2 into a live system with prepared data: it reads the portal, writes to the customer database and tells the responsible person. Together we decide what it may read, what it may write, what it may start on its own, and what always goes to a named person. We play through an inquiry with missing details and one that needs a colleague’s decision, and you set where those cases go.
We build one report and one alert: a weekly summary of competitors, prices or the market with sources, and an alert that fires when something needs you and stays quiet when it does not. We test a case that should trigger it and one that should leave you alone.
If the result needs a place to live, we put it on a private internal page and check who can open it.
You leave with one agent connected to a live system, the approval steps set, one alert running, and every exception going to a person.
From a demo to a system that runs for months
Build a system of several agents that hand work to each other.
Module 4 · Pro: From a demo to a system that runs for months
Duration: 3 sessions. Live online.
Dates on request · 999 € per person
Prerequisites: module 3.
What you learn:
- Build a set of test cases and measure how often the agent gets them right, so you can prove that a change made it better.
- Know the monthly bill before it runs: which AI for which step, and why the most expensive one is usually the wrong choice.
- Make some rules unbreakable, for example “never send without approval”, even if the AI ignores a written instruction.
- Have an AI from another provider check important work before you approve it, e.g. Claude reviews what ChatGPT wrote.
- Let it start work when something happens, such as a new mail arriving, and not only at set times.
- After a failure: restore a working version and know exactly which work needs a second look.
- Build a first small version of the automation that does the whole task end to end, then extend it. Keep your instructions and decisions in a knowledge base as it grows.
At the end, you’ll be able to:
- build a system of several agents that hand work to each other, e.g. one reads the inquiry, one checks the customer history, one drafts the reply
- put human validation steps where they belong, e.g. every offer above a set amount waits for a person
- prove with test cases that a change made the agent better
- estimate the running cost before it runs
- restore after a failure and find the work that needs a second look
How it runs
Module 4 is for a system that has been running for a while and now handles real customers, where a mistake costs money or trust.
We take a system that has been running for a while and look at what it got wrong, what it cost, and what happened when a data source changed its format. From that you build a small set of test cases, so every change you make afterwards can be checked against the old version, including on cases that already worked.
We go through cost step by step: which AI for which task, how much effort to give it, and how to estimate the monthly bill from the number of runs you expect. The rule of thumb is simple: the vaguer the task and the more unknowns in it, the more effort it needs, and most steps need much less than people buy. We show a real case where an inbox agent cost thousands a month that should have cost a hundred.
We make some rules unbreakable, such as never sending without approval, and you try an action that must not happen and check that the system blocks it. We let a second AI from a different maker check important work before you approve it.
We move from schedules to systems that start when something happens, and we play through a failure: you restore a working version and find exactly which mails or reports need checking again.
You leave able to run a system the way a business runs one: measured, priced, guarded, and recoverable.

What we build with you:
- A complete team of agents for your company’s complex tasks, with human review loops where they belong.
- One set of working instructions (skills) the firm owns, which every colleague and every agent uses.
- A way for colleagues to propose improvements, have them approved, and roll them back if needed, with a record of who approved what.
- Agents that work around the clock, for several people, on several machines.
- On request: AI on your own hardware for sensitive data.
At the end, you’ll be able to:
- run a team of agents for your company with human checks built in
- give the whole firm one shared method (skill) and improve it together
- show who approved which change and undo it
How it runs
Module 5 takes a method one person in your firm already uses and makes it the team’s.
We set up one set of working instructions the firm owns, whichever accounts people use, and decide who may propose changes and who approves them.
Then we run one change through the whole loop with a concrete example, such as a correction to the wording of an offer: a colleague proposes it, someone reviews it, everyone receives it, nobody’s version breaks, and we roll it back to show it can be undone. You keep the record of who approved what and which version the team is on, and we check that the assistants use the new version too.
We build in the approvals that risky actions always need, and you check that another colleague cannot skip them. We show how one correction reaches every colleague and every assistant the same afternoon.
Where the firm needs it, we set up assistants that work around the clock for several people on several machines, and we look at AI on your own hardware for sensitive data and small models trained on your own data.
You leave with a method the whole team can use, review and improve, and a record that shows who changed what.
Module 5 runs on request, as a project with your firm.
